As you know God of Joy Ministries is a family minstry, so we like to involve the children in having an input into what goes on within it. The children have a crucial part to play in the furture of the Church, so we as elders must encourage them always to voice out their feelings on what the Holy Spirit is telling them;
So below is a piece written by Faith our eldest daughter please read and enjoy.
‘Hi I’m Faith and I’m going to tell you about how Jesus died and why you should never doubt Jesus.
Jesus died on the cross so then we could be saved and forgiven for all our sins. Even if we can’t see Jesus or touch him you should still believe and have faith that he is still around you. Thomas didn’t believe Jesus was alive unless he had seen Jesus and touched the wounds in his hands. When Thomas saw Jesus he didn’t have to touch the wounds in his hands because he had faith.
This story can be found in John ch20 v24-31.’
